How long does it take anesthesia to get out of your body?

Depends on type: Almost all commonly used anesthetics are out of your body in a few hours. Underlying heart, lung liver and kidney function can effect this. Occasionally meds will last up to 24 hours.

Depends on amount: Really, this depends on the amount, type, duration and physiology of the patient. In most people, effects wear off quite rapidly.
