What does it mean when a doctor says there is fat in the liver? They said it very subtlety before moving to the next thing and was unable to ask about it, is it something to be concerned about? Something I can do about it?

Been on 600mg tegretol for 5 years.Wbc and RBC fine as are liver functions.May go up to 800...After 5 years should I be concerned about moving to 800?
