Would your calf swell with a sprained knee?

Maybe: Swelling below the knee following an injury is common but calf swelling can also mean a dvt-clot.- or just too much sitting. If it does not improve with elevation it needs professional evaluation.

It is possible: Have it evaluated as you many have a more involve injury. Consult with your orthopedist. With calf pain you also have to make sure that you do not have a blood clot. Have it evaluated as soon as possible.
