Need more info: The inside corner of the eye contains many anatomical structures such as oil glands, tear drainage, and if you have pain and swelling there, have it checked out with an eye doctor.

Need to get checked: There are a number of possible causes of pain and swelling on the inside corner of your eye. These include allergies, dryness and infection. The only way to make a diagnosis is with an eye exam.
