Not normally: Unless you have something else underlying causing the neuropathy or any autonomic symptoms associated with the neuropathy. However, just to be aware, if you are diabetic and have neuropathy, be cautious that a rash is not actually cellulitis settling in. Unsure of your prior history or anything else, but safest thing is to have it seen by a physician. Best of luck.
