Need workup...: Tremors and brisk reflexes can be related to numerous different neurologic issues including many upper motor neuron problems and you should be a ssessed by a neurologist or physiatrist for further workup. Thyroid is only one thing that can cause these issues and some of the other problems can be more serious. No absolute urgency, but need further workup.

Neck spinal cord: If severe anxiety is not an issue. Then see a neurologist. If brisk reflexes are in arms as well as legs then problem could be in spinal cord of neck. Mri of neck will likely clarify.
