A1C?: I am assuming you are speaking about your a1c? If so, then your levels are currently fine and do not suggest diabetes. However, as you age, your chances of diabetes will increase and if you notice a trend in your a1c (trend=more than just a couple readings), institute lifestyle changes-exercise (even just walking), increase muscle mass, improve diet, eat lower glycemic foods.
