Hello. : Hello. Clearly you are in a difficult situation. I want to be really candid here because i believe it might be helpful. None of the advice provided here will help if you can't commit to your health. This means taking your medications. I too have problems remembering to take my medications. I have to do things to force myself to take them. For instance, i take most of my pills first thing in the morning before i eat. That way, once it becomes a routine, when i go to pick up my fork or spoon, it will suddently hit me that i haven't taken my pills yet. I keep my meds where i will see them and put them in a bright container. By really focusing on this, i was able to improve my compliance. Once your health is out of control, it takes baby steps to get back in line. If you bite off more than you can chew, you gag. I recommend that you first step is taking your medications consistently as prescribed. Normally after about 4 weeks, the behavior of taking them will become routine and then it will make it hard to forget it. Take care.

If : If you have had blood sugars over 400, you are almost certainly diabetic. Many of the symptoms you report are signs of uncontrolled diabetes. You need to be seen by your doctor right away to confirm the diagnosis, and get treated. Delaying will make matters worse, and will probably land you in the hospital sooner or later.
