Exercise, exercise: Stamina and asthma can be improved with a physician approved exercise program. Don;t overdo it. Keep a consistent, common-sense pace and you will be surprised with the results. Good luck.

Better asthma contro: First, be sure that your asthma is under control with a combination of avoidance and regular use of controller drugs. Exercise will help but cannot be optimized until your asthma has become controlled. Be sure that you have enough sleep.
