Hi . the gland on my right groin area has been swollen from 24 oct and i occasionally have a slight sharp pain on my right abdomen. a week before my period and during my period (1 oct - 14 oct) i was dizzy, fatigued and nauseous. should i worry?

Lymph node swelling: Lymph node swelling can indicate infection, and the right side abdominal pain may also be related. See your gyn provider for an exam, cultures and treatment. Recent sexual contact may be the cause.
