Side effects?: Check with the doctor that recommended them for your dysautonomia. If you have signs of poor circulation (cold, bluish toes) or nerve compression (numbness/tingling in your legs), you should take them off immediately.

Yes, it is safe.: People with syncope and orthostatic hypotension, we do recommend compression stocking during the day.If it is prescribed by md with proper pressure, they are very safe.
