Testicular pain: Testicular pain needs to be evaluated sooner than later. We worry about injury, infection & torsion (which is a urologic emergency due to loss of blood flow). Hernias can also cause similar pain. Best to get evaluated now rather than waiting until it's too late. Better safe than sorry.

Most likely...: Most likely epididymitus with radiating pain up the spermatic cord. If persists, have evaluated.

Also: Also consider other issues with testicle or that it could be a distal (ready to pass into bladder) ureteral (tube emptying urine from kidney) stone. See your urologist for exam and workup.
