Sounds like reflux: Try positional techniques to help - hold infant upright burping for 20-30 minutes after feeds. Do not nurse with baby in horizontal position. See pediatrician if continues.

Colic: Congratulations on being so patient with your baby! a few conditions come to mine - all solvable. But it's better to discuss the differential diagnosis with your pediatrician. One thing sure colic is self-limited and your baby will be fine eventually.
