See your doctor: The er will likely refer you to a gynecologist. Of you are not having an emergent problem you can see your doctor.

Yes. To the ER: Yes, we need to go to the emergency room. It sounds like you're likely anemic and probably considerably anemic because of having your period since june. This will cause headaches and dizziness and they also need to look into the underlying problem with such a long menstruation. Good luck to you. I'm sure you will feel better after you have been treated at the er.

Anemic: Those symptoms could certainly be due to anemia. If this is acute/new/worse - you should go to the er, otherwise see your family doctor tomorrow.
