Possible, but......: Certainly possible, but can be easily checked, which it should be. Two weeks, month, two months! I am assuming you are on the spiro is for hair and male pattern baldness, given your profile!

YES.: Potential exists for hyperkalemia when used in combination. In addition most nsaids may increase blood pressure and reduce effectiveness of diuretic action.
