GI disorders: Please understand my bias as a family physician but i'd always suggest starting w/your primary physician first who is trained to take care of majority of health issues and can certainly direct you to most appropriate specialist. Endoscopy is reasonable diagnostic tool as part of initial evaluation. It should also be performed periodically depending upon risk - your family doc can help determine.

GI disorders: Not quite clear on your symptoms. If you had evaluation from a GI physician and not satisfied with his/her findings, you could get a second opinion from another GI physician.
