Difficult: There are so many hormones human body produce. There is no single test to measure them up and see balanced secretion. The doctor takes the symptoms, medical, family history, abnormal signs or physical findings and order the specific test. Also normal base linecbc, c.Met, tft, routine urine and no symptom show balanced hormone. See the doctor for these tests.Bipolars have dopamine, serotonin problem.

Chat w/your doctor: For the most part, our bodies stay in a remarkable balance despite our environment & less than optimal eating & exercise habits. However, at times, our hormonal balance can be thrown off. If you're concerned, ask your doctor. More specifically, tell him/her what's bothering you as there are many hormones to consider: insulin, levothyroxine, vitamin d, testosterone, estrogen, progesterone, etc.
