Swollen neck gland with ear pain also hard to swallow.

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Swollen gland: Which gland is swollen? Cheek or at the angle of the jaw and under the tongue.? When you massage the jaw or cheek is thee a bad taste in the mouth? If so, you could have an infected gland you would need antibiotics in that case. The pain in the ear is referred pain from the swelling. It should get better when the swelling comes down in the gland. Try tylenol (acetaminophen) or Motrin for the pain. Good luck.
