For my sister. every time i take a bite of food or swallow, it feels like pins and needles stabbing inside my ear and throat (only on right side). this happens regardless of what side i chew on. feels like my glands are swollen. what could this be?

Fever is associated with all the listed infections in typical cases. Ensure that she is breathing well and use salt water gargles to relieve pain.
