Whenever i catch a cold, in most cases, it ends up with a throat infection, which worsens over time, resulting in fever sometimes. please help.

URI: Uri=upper respiratory infection. Most are caused by viruses which don't respond to antibiotics. In other words, you need to let them run their course.
