Normal symptoms: Headaches, more frequent urination, increased appetite, nausea and aversions to food smells, and lower back pains are common symptoms during pregnancy. It is important to have urine dipstick and possible urine culture sent to check for possible urinary tract infection as cause of lower back pain and frequent urination.

Trying to be sick?: Go see your doctor. While headaches in pregnancy are common (http://goo.Gl/3jtyg), they are also concerning for elevated blood pressure & pre-eclampsia (http://goo.Gl/8qipei) in 2nd & 3rd trimester. You also didn't specify whether you are urinating more frequently or having more frequent bowel movements but former makes me worry about urinary tract infections, especially w/back pain.
