how are you supposed to shave if it causes ingrown hair and acne?

Can be tough: Sometimes cutting hair with a scissors rather than shaving can help. Avoiding a really close shave may help - shaving with the grain instead of against it, and not repeatedly going over the same area with a razor. A topical antibiotic, like prescription 1% Clindamycin might also help.

You will need laser: to address all of these things. You are on several medications, so adding another would not be a good idea. Good luck!
