Are you sure they are pimples caused by ingrown hairs? With clipper, you can't sharply cut the hairs at the skin surface so less likely the hairs will curl back into the skin & cause ingrown hair pimples. Either way, you can alleviate the ingrown hairs by using a face or body scrub to prevent hairs from becoming trapped & using a good shaving cream and shaving in the direction of the hair growth.
