Sick?: Depends on the nature of your sickness. For instance, if you have nausea and diarrhea, you won't feel like exercising and exercise won't make you better more quickly - in fact, it could make you worse.

No.: When you are sick, you should preserve your energy so that you are able to heal. If you use up the nutrients and oxygen in your body to exercise when you are already in a compromised state, 1st, your exercise will not be as effective, and 2nd, you will steal the essence from inside which will allow you to recover more quickly. Bedrest when you are sick is a better idea: preserve energy for healing.
