90=normal: Hr increases with pregnancy. 90 is normal. Palpitations are common. See my earlier post, please.

Can be normal: Heart rate in pregnancy can increase 15 to 20 beats per minute. Palpitations, if occurring on a daily basis, causing shortness of breath or chest pain, needs to be evaluated by a cardiologist.
