cleaner used bleach, water and vinegar and hydrogen peroxide separately but all in the bathroom. i'm 4 weeks pregnant.should i worry about the fumes?

Bleach is the only: One to worry about at all, and only if you inhaled it from the bottle and harmed yourself. I would not worry, especially if you smell nothing now.
