Overdose inhaled bleach fumes in bathroom for more than 30minute. im having difficulty to breath and when cough my upper chest tighten and painful like dying. what should i do to relieve the chest pain? can drink warm water relieve the pain?

Fresh air: Go out into the fresh air. Open windows and ventilate the area where you sprayed the chemical before going back in there. Drink water, if you feel like it. If cough, chest pain or breathing problem persists after 30 minutes in fresh air, go to the nearest emergency room. Wish you good health.
