Possibly: The problem is that you do not describe the type or degree of "roughness", or whether you have any other associated symptoms that have developed. Watch this carefully and if the bleeding is heavy, or you develop other symptoms it would not be a bad idea to see a gynecologist and be examined. Good luck, and be careful.

Bleeding after Sex: Not sure what you mean by treat "as a period". Blood after rough sex makes me worry about vaginal or cervical trauma and wonder if you should be seen by your gynecologist. If the bleeding persists or is in any way abnormal for your periods then that is another reason to see the gynecologist.
