Two causes: There are two possible causes,- #1 Vigorous intercourse with injury to the vagina or cervix. # 2 A cervical or endometrial polyp or pedunculated fibroid that is bleeding post intercourse. Go see a GYN MD and rule those possibilities in or out.

Post coital bleeding: There can be several reasons for bleeding after sex including post ovulation bleeding and cervical infection. Check with your gyn.
