Tender mass: Any new breast mass should be investigated further. While it is most likely to be a cyst, you can not afford to ignore it if it is something else. Please make and appointment to see a breast surgeon for evaluation.

Get checked: More than likely, this is due to a cyst. A subcu mastectomy removes most but not all of the breast tissue. The risk of breast cancer is reduced but not gone. When you experience this type of symptom, it warrants immediate attention from your doctor. Please don't delay!

Get evaluated: Are your implants silicone or saline? You could have a rupture with silicone granulomas or cysts or fat necrosis or abscess. There's many possibilities. Try to locate your original surgeon or records and meet with a plastic surgeon to discuss your options including diagnostic imaging.
