Calcium : There are plenty of foods that can supply you with calcium. They include milk and milk products, green vegetables, nuts fishlike sardines. These foods will not interfere with your high blood pressure nor eill the give you high blood pressure.

Yes: Taking a calcium-channel blocker such as norvac has no impact on dietary calcium. A CCB is just one way to cause dilation of blood vessels by blocking calcium flow through the blood vessels, which lowers blood pressure.
