The : The only way to know for sure is to have a pregnancy test. This can be done at home or in your doctor's office. Based on what you described it sounds like the treatment worked in terminating your pregnancy, but this needs to be confirmed with a follow up pregnancy test. On the other hand, it is normal for your regular period to take a few months to resume after taking misoprostol. Your body's hormone levels need time to normalize. This may be the explanation as to why your periods have not resumed. Good luck to you.

Period since Ab?: If you have had a regular period since the August medical abortion, then the process was "complete". However, if not, do a pregnancy test.
