I have very little/slight/minor bleeding even after 24 hours since using 800mcg misoprostol vaginally. does it mean that the abortion failed because i didn't pass out large clots, just minor bleeding that can't even fill a pantliner?

"Medical abortion" ?: Misoprostol is not always effective. If bleeding (like a usual period) does not occur in the next several days, see your gyn physician for an exam and perhaps additional testing ( a serum HCG test). If this test is strongly positive, your gyn physician may recommend a minor surgical procedure (a "D&C" ).
