Why are you stopping: Once you have essential hypertension will not go away on its own , once controlled your doctor may reduce the dose , never take them out , as will need rest of your life, if untreated will results in stroke , heart attacks and kidney failure.

Under supervision: You should not stop your medications at once and not on your own. I'm not sure why you want to stop your medications, but you should discuss with and follow your doctor's advice.
