I have low blood pressure, so have to be careful with meds i take. can low dose aspirin or allegra (fexofenadine) allergy meds lower blood pressure?

No Not likely: Neither of these drugs have any effect on your blood pressure. Low blood pressure is not a disease, so do not list it as such. BP on the lower end of the normal range is actually a good thing as long as you do not feel dizzy or faint when you stand up from a lying or sitting position. Most people can tolerate BP as low as 100/60 mm.

They do not: Both aspirin and Allegra (fexofenadine) do not have blood pressure lowering side effects. They can be taken safely without an added risk of a drop in blood pressure.
