Should be OK: One extra pill shouldn't hurt anything. Continue on your current schedule and take your next dose on time. It would be rare to have toxicity from one extra pill, but if you had signs of it (feeling tired, dizzy, slurred speech, poor concentration, ) call your doctor and have a Dilantin level checked.

Just one extra dose: Will not over dose you , you can skip next dose but check with you doctor , call now. In order to avoid this medication error again , get a pill box marked by the day , filling it again end of the wk
