Maybe: During pregnancy and the postpartum time, women's breasts will enlarge and stretch. Even if you do not breast feed, changes to your breasts will occur. Whether they are ruined is a personal determination.

Importent question: And concern , you must speak to your surgeon also the word ' ruin' is a individual opinion , as you age your body alters the shape , fat distribution changes , same with breast feeding ( most opt not to breast feed ) , these are inevitable facts of life. Good luck.

No: Breast augmentation when done correctly does not "ruin" your boobs. Your breast will undergo changes as you age and if you have children and breast-feed. If you are looking to have children in the following six months to year, i would probably not recommend you have a breast augmentation. Make sure you discuss your concerns with your board-certified plastic surgeon.

No way to predict: There is no way to predict what changes pregnancy and breast feeding will have on your breasts.

Pregnancy + implants: Saline breast implants are indicated for adult women over 18. The breasts may change after pregnancy, but this would happen regardless of implants. http://www.dassmd.com/breast-augmentation/index.html.

Safe in pregnancy: Breast implants (silicone and saline) have been proven to be safe. You can comfortably have implants without worrying about how your breasts will look during and after future pregnancy. Silicone implants give a more natural look and feel.
