Can babies teath at 3 months old?

Yes: Babies teeth buds form by 5 months in utero (inside the mother's womb). Some babies are even born with a tooth! most of the infants have their first tooth erupt by age 5-6 months of age and they have as far as 13 months of age to do so.

? Teething ?: I'm not convinced kids have real teething related symptoms although it is an easy sell if a kid is fussy and i find no illness. By 3 months they do have some increased drooling and will suck or chew on anything (its pleasurable).Teeth can also emerge at this point or earlier.

It's possible!: There is a wide variation of time before the 1st tooth presents. There are babies born with teeth. Also, in my practice, I have several 1- year olds with no teeth. The standard average time of the first tooth eruption is 6 months;however, many infants drool before then--not because of teeth but because of developing salivary glands. "teething" or fussiness can be from ear infections--so be wary.
