Mindfulness: Many use the term paranoia for what health professionals call projection. However if you are able to recognize when you're projecting or being paranoid, that's commendable. Being mindful of this tendency gives you control that should improve over time. There are degrees of paranoia, and psychotic paranoia can be treated with certain medications.

Progress seems apparent. Have found that cognitive-behavioural therapy is an efficient and effective approach, and meditation can assist expansion of mindfulness.
