3 or 4 months by now, i fainted and hit my head with the pharmacy counter. seconds after i woke up lost a a little paranoid where i was and what just happenedfew seconds i was fine just a little confused. im still having the pain on the left side?

You have described a sequence of first a syncopal episode, followed by a closed head injury causing a concussion, and now your pain is consistent with a post-traumatic headache. Worthwhile to have your doctor review all of this, and double-check the potential for future episodes, but do not believe you have major concerns based on your post.
