Back pain : I didn't see x-ray /ct scan of thoracic spine. You are 46 y o and taking Norco (hydrocodone and acetaminophen) & physical therapy with hip arthroscopy. You need good history & thorough physical examination with blood tests, cxr, ct of thoracic spine. I am sure you want to know the reason of your pain and possibly cure and relief. Please see your doctor. Please read back pain-http://doctorrajput.Com thanks.

Thoracic pain: Sounds like you need to have a proper work-up for your thoracic spine pain. Years of pain is not normal! your doctor will likely performs physical exam and may order imaging based in your symptoms (x-ray, mri). They will also likely send you to physical therapy if you haven't done this. Conservative medications may be in order and you may consider: chiropractic, acupuncture, massage... Bless you!
