Hereditary testing: If ilc refers to invasive lobular carcinoma i would strongly advocate for you to be braca tested. If positive consider bilateral mastectomies with reconstruction; if negative and the ilc does refer to invasive lobular carcinoma consider mastectomy. Lastly, given your age, if possible i would seek a second opinion from a childrens hospital or a national cancer center.
