What do you advise if i had cancer in 2007 and another cancer lump in 2013 now i found another lump should i get my breast removed?

Genetic testing: If you have not been evaluated for the BRCA gene, I would do that. If you have but were found to be negative and have had 2 breast cancers, then if I were seeing you as a patient, I would recommend a bilateral mastectomy. Hope this helps.
