Okay: It's likely that you're okay. All women have nabothian cysts on their cervix, completely normal. All women have functional cysts in their ovaries, so possibly completely normal there too. Depending on where you are in your cycle, thick lining can be normal. No period is not normal, so likely there are some hormonal issues going on. Don't worry too much, knowledge is power and soon you will know.

Ultrasound needed: Most likely, you will be reassured when you visit your physician and an ultrasound is performed. It most likely is due to not ovulating and that is why the lining is thick.
