When i change 2 yo i see clear gel beads on outside of his stool. looks like polymer beads on inside of diaper. is there anything else it could be?

Diaper beads: Most likely it is coming from the diaper and not the baby. Diapers vary in absorbancy and texture of the upper layer. You might want to check the unused diaper in the box to see if they were not put together properly.
