????????????????????: We can be more helpful if/when you give more info like babies age.The newer diapers have a gel woven into the fabric that draws in moisture. Such coloration is often waste crystals of urine or a benign interaction of the urine with the diaper. It is good the doc looked, but I wouldn't loose sleep over it after s/he has.
