Yes: Yes, " toddler's diarrhea " is very common. Caused by a diet high in sugar/juice/fluid and low in fat.

Yes, that can happen: Yes, that does sometimes happen with toddlers. As long as he is acting well, has formed stools, no vomiting and is growing well, you don't need to worry. Those are all high fiber foods, which can be harder for a toddler to digest fully. If he is having pain or any of the other symptoms I mentioned, you should discuss this with his doctor.
