SLE : Lupus can cause dizziness by different mechanisms. Dizziness in lupus may be related to vasculitis, anti phospholipid anti bodies with clots, anti bodies to component of inner ears called immune mediated inner ear disease . Other disorders that cause dizziness may coexist with lupus . Keeping lupus under control and identifying the cause of dizziness and treatment of the cause would help reduce.
