I've had a severe headache coupled with occasional dizziness and nausea for 17 days. Also symptoms elsewhere...Chances of lupus?
On day 6 of covid. Im so dizzy and spacy.Easily confused at times. My brain feels pressure & like its swollen &buzzed like its not getting enough oxygen but oxygen sat is normal.very bothersome. Headaches.I also have lupus. Should I be concerned?

I woke up with dizziness,sick,headache and butterfly rash/welts. Was told acute lupus and vertigo. My blood says no lupus but biopsy does and i was dizzy for 3 weeks from when i wake till i sleep! Please help! What else could it be?
