You could: You can have pain in that area for a number of reasons. If you have a fever or rigid abdomen, need to see your physician immediately. Otherwise, you may have anything from abdominal weakness at incision/port sites to internal adhesions (scar tissue) causing colon/intestine irritation. I would ask my ob/gyn who did the surgery for a quick check to make sure all is okay. Hope that helps!
